The ultimate goal of this 60min presentation is to teach you how to eat a little of everything. Yes that is correct. You eat what you would like and I will demonstrate to you how to prepare a meal in the ideal balance and portions to help you feel fuller for longer on less food.
In order to be able to self assess your own intake, I would ask that you participate within the presentation by recording a sample day of what you eat and then self assess and understand the required changes you need to make to help manage your:
- cholesterol levels
- energy levels
